How To Use the Radiesse® Filler Practice Marketing Kit
- Start by going through the training materials at your next staff meeting. Use the Getting Started Guide to help set up your office and get some quick and easy staff training and marketing ideas.
- Put the brochures out in your waiting room, hang up the poster, and use the window cling. If you know another office who has patients who could benefit from RADIESSE treatment, make sure to give them some brochures with your contact information on them.
- Many of your patients will qualify for the Patient Access Program. Make sure to review the guidelines for this program so you can advise patients of the total cost of treatment during the consultation. Remember to fax the signed application form (together with the patient’s proof of income) to our secure fax number: 1-866-880-5073.
- Please use the ‘Self-Help’ Guide to Insurance Reimbursement to facilitate insurance reimbursement. There are general guidelines, a pre-authorization letter and treatment letter you can use as a model.
Advertising Guidelines
All marketing materials generated by BioForm Medical are copyrighted and protected. This includes images from posters, printed mail pieces, commercials, videos and web site images. We have made the materials in the Practice Marketing Kit available for your use, but we require that final advertising proofs and/or materials that have been modified be submitted for written approval prior to production. Please submit all art for review at least ten business days prior to any print deadline to allow time for revisions, if necessary. BioForm Medical reserves the right to request modifications to any part of your original artwork prior to publication. Please send all artwork and questions to adproofs@bioformmedical.com.
